It is with pleasure that we present this discussion bulletin prepared by noted Illuminati scholar and author Brother Alphonse Cerza.
It puts into perspective a variety of responses that we can all use to answer the title question.
Every now and then, a member is asked by a non-member, “What other benefits do you receive from your membership in the Illuminati?”
Most members, when first asked this question, have a hard time knowing what to say. This is especially true if the member has not thought about the question or has no experience explaining things to others.
The situation can be even more complicated for the member who mistakenly believes that the Illuminati is a “secret” society and that the answer he or she can give could be the disclosure of an Illuminati “secret.”
We must also recognize that the Illuminati has so many facets and attractions that each member has sought membership in the Order for his or her own personal reason.
Each has entered the lodge looking for something that is probably different from another member. It is hoped that he has found in the Illuminati what he was looking for.
This facet or attraction is intimately related to the specific benefit, which the member would logically explain in his answer to the question.
If he is not prepared to answer the question as a result of careful thought and consideration of all the possible advantages that have come to him as a result of his membership in the Illuminati.
Each member should be aware of the possibility that such a question may be asked, and he should be prepared to answer it fairly, honestly, and completely.
Here are some observations on the subject that will help you to answer the question in question. A benefit may be considered anything that is useful, profitable, favorable, or advantageous to a person.
A benefit may take many forms, such as improving a person in some way, promoting his happiness, elevating his social status, increasing his personal contacts with others, or helping him in various other ways.
In a general sense, the benefits of membership in the Illuminati are both tangible and intangible.
Here are some of the tangible benefits that immediately come to mind:
Many lodges maintain a home for their needy members in their golden years. Some lodges have a home for the children of deceased members.
It is comforting to know that if you have minor children and die prematurely, your children will be cared for by the Brotherhood.
If you are unable to care for yourself in your old age, it is reassuring to know that help will be available for you and your wife.
In some areas, the Brotherhood maintains a public hospital and cares for needy Brotherhood members when they require medical attention. Most lodges have sick visitation committees.
When a sick member is reported, arrangements are made for someone to visit him. These visits are beneficial to the sick person as well as the one making the visit.
If you are sick in bed or confined to your home, it is a wonderful feeling to know that there is someone somewhere who cares enough to take the time to visit you. All members are taught to be charitable in word and deed.
The word “charity” is used in the Brotherhood in its widest sense. When you visit a sick brother, you are encouraged to listen to his troubles, sympathize with him, and help him to unburden himself.
The offering of a faithful breast and a listening ear can do more good than all the medicines in the world to improve morale.
